Love Birds


Here is my second project for Heartfelt Creations this week !

I am just loving this new release ! 
The flowers are gorgeous!

So...... did my American friends shop till you dropped yesterday??
I loved Black Friday when I lived in the USA! 
We shopped and then went for breakfast and then went home to hide
our goodies from my daughter as they were invariably
her Christmas presents !!! hehe

To make this card I used the following:

HCDP1 249 Garden Romantique Paper Collection
HCPC3638 Romantique Swans PreCut set
HCD 755 Romantique Garden Dies
HCPC3641 Heartthrob PreCut set

Other Products Used : White card, Glitter glue, 3D foam pads, Alcohol markers,
pearl gems, Spellbinders Mystical Embrace and Floral Oval dies, faded jeans
distress ink, black ink.

Cut two die cuts from the Mystical Embrace die and adhere together along the left 
edge to form a card. Cut a card front from the paper pad and cut in half. Adhere 
each half to the edge of the centre rectangle of the card, there will be a gap but 
it will be covered. Stamp the water image in blue ink and die cut using the large
die from the Floral oval set. Stamp and die cut the swans, add shading with a light
grey pen and glitter glue. Ink the edge of the oval and adhere to the card and adhere 
the swans to the card also using 3D foam pads. Die cut both flower fronds with
paper from the pad. Stamp, cut and colour the flowers and adhere to the fronds.
Adhere the flowers to the card and your project is complete.

So.......... its Black Friday !!! Have my overseas friends been to the sales yet ???
I LOVED going when I lived in the USA! Then we went out to breakfast
before going home and checking out just what we bought !!!!
We don't have it here in the UK ........... its slowly creeping in tho
wish it would as I loved it !!!

To make the card I used the following:

HCDP1 249 Garden Romantique Paper Collection
HCPC Love Bird Hangout PreCut set
HCD2 749 Cut Mat Create 1A die
HCD2 750 Ct Mat create 1B die

Other Products Used : White card, Glitter glue, 3D foam pads, Alcohol markers,
Lace, Ribbon, edger tool, pearl gems.

Cut a 7" x 5" side fold card from white card. Cut a piece of paper from the
paper pad 6 3/4" x 4 3/4" and use the edger tool on all sides. Adhere the lace
and ribbon to the paper. Adhere the paper to the card with 3D foam pads.
Stamp the image on white card and colour with alcohol markers. Die cut with 
the 1B die. Die cut contrasting paper from the pad with the 1B die and use the
edger tool on all sides. Adhere the stamped image to the paper with 3D foam
pads. Adhere this to the card also with 3D foam pads. Glitter very slightly
the tops of the flowers and add pearls to the lace and your project is complete.

Ballerina


I made this card for The Stamping Boutique.
I just LOVE this image!
She is so cute and so easy to colour!

I made a stepper card using a die I bought from the last Craft fair I went to !
I used Spellbinders Decorative Labels 8 and labels 8 dies.
The image is called ROSE and I coloured her with promarkers.
Flowers and leaves are stamps and dies from Heartfelt Creations.

Right I'm going to go and get my Turkey out of the freezer ready for Thursday!
Sweet potato bake base to make and stuffing's to prepare !!!

On your Wedding day



Here is my card this week for Heartfelt Creations!
I just love white on white ........... you must have guessed by now !! hehe!

Well I am busy busy making chutneys today!
Yum yum! Only another year before we can eat them tho!!!
Right best go peel apples and pears !!

I used the following to make the card:

HCD 734 Sun Kissed Fleur Die
HCPC 3533 Sun Kissed Fleur Precut set
HCPC 3545 Open Leaf PreCut set
HCD 736 Classic Leaf die
HCD 728 Timeless Amour Die
459222 Blossom Tool set
452255 Grand calibur

Other Products Used : Pearlised card, heart gems, pearl gems, edger tool,
3D foam pads, Spellbinders Enhanced Banner die and pennants, glitter glue.

Create a 7" x 5" card. Cut a 6 3/4" x 4 3/4" piece of white card, use the 
edger tool on all sides and adhere to the card with 3D foam pads. Die cut 
the hearts. Print a sentiment and die cut using the pennant die, use the edger 
tool on all sides. Die cut two of the enhanced banners and use the edger tool. Draw 
around the die and cut out and use the edger tool. Adhere the larger cuts back
to back on the card with the heart and sentiment underneath. Adhere the smaller banners on 
top with 3D foam pads. Adhere the other heart to the card and stamp, cut,
colour and shape the flowers and leaves. Adhere the gems to the card and glitter the flowers
and your project is complete.

Sunflower Cheer

I made this card for a magazine call but wasn't successful! 
That's ok keep trying !!
But now at least I can share it here !!!

It would make a lovely card for Thanksgiving, ooh not long now!!
Yum I'm looking forward to my Sweet Potato dish.
I know I'm in the UK !!! BUT I did live in the USA for a while........

Here is what I used to make the card:
HCD 753 Classic Sunflower Die
HCPC 3626 Classic Sunflower Stamp
HCPC 3628 Sunflower Bouqet
HCDP1 247 Sunflower Paper Pad
459222 Blossom Tool set
452255 Grand calibur

Other Products Used : White card, Beads, glue, 3D foam pads,brown ink, 
Wild honey and scattered straw distress inks, alcohol markers, ribbon,
Spellbinders circle die.

Cut a 6" x 6" side fold card. Cut a card front from the paper pad and adhere
to the card with the ribbon adhered over it. Cut another card front and cut 
the square section in the middle and adhere to the card over the ribbon. Stamp 
your image and colour using alcohol markers. Die cut with the circle die, ink 
the edges and adhere to the card with 3D foam pads. Make your flowers I have a tutorial HERE
and adhere them to your card. Colour the ladybirds in and adhere them to your
card. Tie a bow a adhere to the card and your project is complete.

Box Tutorial



I'm so excited to have have been asked to
do a tutorial for Splitcoast Stampers !!
They asked me to do a tutorial for the Holiday Blitz annual event!
I was so honoured.

I was asked to make my Fold over box and to show how it can be altered.
So I made this box for a change in shape .....


Of course I used Heartfelt Creations papers, stamps and dies !!
The papers are from the Festive Christmas paper pad.

Now..... there is a video on the tutorial..... please be kind
I know its not the best BUT its the first I have EVER EVER done!!!
More practice needed !!

Wedding card


I know I have been quiet recently so I thought I would share this wedding card.
I made this ages ago and just hadn't got around to sharing it !
I just love these papers ........

Here is a front on view of the card.
If I made it for a specific couple I'd like to add small photos of them
behind the flowers! I think it would look cool!


I used Daphne papers, Sun Kissed Fleur flowers, pearl gems, Raindrops on Roses die,
Open leaf stamp and classic leaf die along with the Cut Mat Create 2B die
and Sweet Juliet flower die, Spellbinders Circle and pennant die.
The sentiment was done on the computer.

Tea light holder



So its Wednesday again and I am so thrilled to be sharing
the first project of my second term for Heartfelt Creations.


PLEASE NOTE YOU CANNOT USE

IT IS ONLY FOR BATTERY TEA LIGHTS

Heartfelt Creations


To make this Tea light holder I used the following:
HCD 753 Classic Sunflower Die
HCPC 3626 Classic Sunflower Stamp
HCDP1 247 Sunflower paper pad
452071 Lacey Circles dies
HCD 713 Decorative Lace Border die
459222 Blossom Tool set
452255 Grand Calibur

Other Products Used : White card, Beads, glue, brown ink, Wild honey and 
scattered straw distress inks, hot glue, ribbon, battery tea light.

Die cut two of the Lace Border dies in white card and adhere them together
to form a cylinder. Die cut the largest Lacy Circle die. Adhere the die
cuts to the circle with hot glue. Cut a strip of paper from the pad 1"x 11"
and adhere around the bottom of the die cuts. Cut a length of ribbon and adhere
over the paper. Cut a ticket and butterflies from the paper pad and
Make your flowers I have a tutorial here 
Adhere the flowers, butterflies and ticket to your tea light holder and your 
project is complete.
